My responsibilities and duties as your agent

As your agent, I will work with you to find a property that meets your criteria and budget. Even more importantly, it is my duty to negotiate the terms of sale with the listing agent, get you the best deal possible, and ensure that everyone complies with the contract guidelines to keep anyone from losing time, money, or ending up in a legal proceeding.
